3. Promotions

$350 Voucher

Volunteers who pay Full Cover program fees will receive a US$350 voucher after the completion of their volunteer placement. The voucher may be used towards an application fee or program fee for the volunteer of their choice. The voucher is valid for the life of the original volunteer's application fee type, ie 5 years if a standard application fee was paid, or lifetime if a lifetime application fee was paid.

In order to redeem the voucher, the original recipient will need to inform GVN of the VID number on their voucher as well as the name of the person redeeming the voucher. The $350 voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and/or discount (eg group fee, 'Bring a Friend', etc).

Bring a Friend

Effective 11 November 2010, GVN is offering a one-off $200 discount towards your program fee if you encourage a friend to volunteer with you at the same program.

To qualify for the 'Bring a Friend' discount, your friend must not have applied to a GVN program previously/at the time of your application. The 'Bring a Friend' discount is for one friend only, and neither you nor your friend can use the voucher in conjunction with any other promotion/discount (eg $350 voucher, group fee etc).

The discount will be applied to your program fee once you and your friend have confirmed your placement (ie paid your Application Fee). If you prefer, you can credit the $200 discount to your friend's program fee, or evenly split the fee between you.
